BOLT CHARM HATS® come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use, provided that the product has been handled in accordance with our care guidelines.

 

Covered under Warranty:

 

- Manufacturing defects, such as stitching errors or faulty fastenings.

- Material defects that affect the integrity or wearability of the cap.

- Any issue arising from the standard design or production of the product that impacts its usability or aesthetic.

 

Exclusions from Warranty:

 

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

- Negligence or improper handling: Damage caused by using the cap in ways inconsistent with its intended purpose, such as pulling on or forcefully handling the product.

- Misuse or accidental damage: Including damage from dropping, tearing, bending, or exposure to excessive moisture or harsh conditions.

- Normal wear and tear: Minor fading, general wear, or changes in the appearance due to regular usage.

- Alterations: Any modification, repair, or alteration by third parties that compromise the cap’s structure or original design.
