Shipping Charges:
Pricing is automated at the point of sale with an appointed courier.
Order Processing Time:
All online orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are processed the next business day after placement. While our standard processing and dispatch timeframe is 1-3 business days, we strive to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: During sale periods and public holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing.
Delivery:
If you live in New Zealand, once your order has been collected by the courier provider, we estimate that you should receive your delivery within 1-3 business days of your parcel being dispatched.
For deliveries outside of New Zealand estimated deliveries are as per the automated pricing at the delivery address prompt.

Please note: We are unable to ship orders to PO BOX addresses.
