Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:
Exclusions: Custom, personalized, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Condition: Items returned altered by the user or worn negligently will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Once your return is authorized, please return to us to begin the return process.
Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method under the following terms:
Processing Time: Upon approval, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Amount: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Deductions: In cases where a return label is provided, a fee for return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount, except for returns of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@boltcharmhats.com Kindly provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund, including all associated shipping costs.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Duties and taxes incurred during shipping are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
